Here at The Magic Quill Graphics we strive to make sure all of our clients are pleased with their work. If you have any questions about our refund policy, or payment methods accepted, please check out the information below.
Privacy & Safety
To ensure all our customers retain their privacy, The Magic Quill Graphics will never reuse or sell your personal information. Any and all passwords used to help upload products will never be saved, and the client retains the right to change all said passwords once projects are complete.
Refund Policy
Once a purchase has been made, you have 24 hours upon completion of payment to request a refund. If said project is not completed by the allotted time, within certain perimeters, a refund will be submitted to the client but only in such cases where the designer is no longer able to create said design. Some deadlines are subject to change due to The Magic Quill's workflow.
